Dear LELA Members and Supporters,   At a loss for words, the artist community is deeply saddened at the passing, yesterday (July 30, 2023), of Hideo Sakata San, the founder of LELA International. Born December 3rd, 1935, Hideo, at 87 years of age, was never more passionate about his beliefs in world peace; his creativity was never more expressive.   There will be announcements regarding his memorial and celebration of life in the coming days.
